HAPPY ANAMBRA DAY IN TURKEY:
23 July 2020, is Anambra Day in Istanbul Turkey and this is our Tin Anniversary Celebration of ASATURKEY. In 23 July 2010 was the date Anambra State Association Turkey was registered ®️ under Turkish law.

Our then Chairman emeritus Chief Ben Egwuh, confirmed 23 July to be Anambra Day in Turkey.

This date was meant to be celebrated big time in Turkey with friends, families and all State communities in Turkey but due to the financial situation of the Association then, the occasion was fixed together with ASATURKEY End Of the Year Party in 2015.

In 2019 our current Chairman, Honorable Obiora Wisdom changed the two occasions to be separate adding that Anambra day in Turkey must be recognized and celebrated differently.

ASATURKEY planned to celebrate Anambra Day in a big way never seen before in Turkey but due to the Coronavirus pandemic in the world the occasion was cancelled for this year.
